Coaching

My life coaching services focus on setting and achieving goals in all aspects of your life. This includes relationships, fitness, health, career, and overall life satisfaction. I help by providing accountability and motivation to encourage you stay on track to reach your goals.

Movement, both physical and emotional, are the key to ultimate success.

Anxiety & Stress

Anxiety disorders are the most common mental health issue; affecting millions of people world wide. These include General Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Panic Disorder, among others. CBT is the most effective treatment for anxiety disorders. I also draw from outdoor and movement therapy, utilizing my love for nature and my yoga certification.

Adolecent/Young Adult

I have decades of experience working with adolescents struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, self harm, eating disorders, trauma, substance abuse, peer relations, sexually maladaptive behaviors, and adjustments to emerging life situations. I am here to provide a listening ear and help provide guidance on the path to health.  CBT, EMDR, and solution based interventions are all evidence based therapies that I utilize while working with teens.

Eating Disorders

During my time as a Clinical Director at a residential treatment center for clients suffering from eating disorders I was successful in treating anorexia, bulimia, and orthorexia, using CBT, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) as well as mindful, intuitive eating techniques. When treating clients in an outpatient setting best outcomes are achieved when also working with a dietitian that specializes in eating disorders.
